Project Constraints:

Overview:
Design freedom to increase outside deck square footage and traffic flow with separate destination decks gradually working toward ground level. Like the idea of multilevel decks for different "feels".

Considerations:

1. No small children but often entertain larger type groups of about 18-22.
2. Have a large screen porch and existing deck. Incorporate them into design with a grouping.
3. Likes beveled look as opposed to hard 90 degree corners.
4. Entire back yard landscaped to focus views/attention outward but have side exit to existing paver walk. Showcase back yard.
5. Incorporate troublesome nooks and raised flower beds into design.
6. Use multi levels to create feel of separate rooms.
7. Consider a separate destination area for dining and meetings, possible pergola built in.
8. Likes attractive use of floating benches and wrap stairs.
9. Make unique but in a quiet way.
