We want our clients to get the outdoor structure they’ve always wanted. That’s why we offer a free design consultation that explores their individual wants and needs. Based on those requirements, Archadeck custom designs each project and creates detailed renderings so you can see exactly what your custom deck, screened porch, gazebo, or pergola will look like before we ever begin construction!
Archadeck handles every aspect of the construction process, from obtaining all necessary permits to thorough inspections upon completion of the project. You won’t need to worry about anything except enjoying your beautiful new outdoor living area.
Our Warranties
Continuation of Business:
- This is a warranty issued when the home office receives a copy of the written contract
- In the event this office goes out of business or for reason of illness, accident, or death that guarantees the project will be built for the contract price.
- The home office will send a project manager down to take control and get the project built in a timely business.
Limited Warranty
- Defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (splitting, severe warpage, or cupping)
- These are defects that are "wood" related and involve the nature of wood doing what wood does if not sealed or protected.
- Structural defects for a period of 60 months
